白勇的语法书中提到两个句子并列，第一个句子含有be动词或become,第二个句子中的be动词或become必须省略，同时一些重复的n or adj 也必须省略

请问这道题是否违反该原则，又或者因为两个be动词一个是are ,一个是is, 所以不同
