这里面E选项中的when用in which替代可以么，manhattan上面讲说when等于in which，那在所有的gmat考试里面都适用吗？

本题选择C吧？E选项when的位置明显不合适，即使改成in which也和后文的time which有冗之问题。
LZ应该好好看看在什么情况下使用in which，而不使用when，就在Manhattan中。。。那个才是考点。。。。。

注意context

这里的when是不符合context

can avoid toll charge 要搭配什么方式（by/through/by means of之类的结构）

不是当他们打电话话费就能自动降低

理解两个词的替换所引起的句意改变

我想问一下，这里的E选项中，many people are finding....when using their mobile...这里的using。。。的逻辑主语是many people对吗？
另外OG上说A中的at a time which is confusing because it seems to suggest a time other than at night or on weekend，为什么是other time呢？at a time which不是直接修饰night or weekend吗？（虽然我知道用when是最好的）

是不是a time这种用法是指一个特定时间点，而原文要表述的是at night or on weekends这样的时间段？
