本题主要是看出介词句首引起倒装：
at state is the solvency of some of the world's largest multinational banks.倒装句（the solvency是主语，单数——对应is）
should a significant number of these debts be repudiated.插入语,倒装句,虚拟语气

本题主要是看出介词句首引起倒装：
at state is the solvency of some of the world's largest multinational banks.倒装句（the solvency是主语，单数——对应is）

那正确语序应该是the solvency of some of the world's largest multinational banks is at stake
a significant number of these debts should be repudiated

第二题的话：(C)中主要是改变了原文的含义， superficial if the three major networks all——原文没有“如果”条件句的意思，而是“当。。。时”，if句意不对。
而对于(E) superficial, as when the three major networks each ，as和when分开理解比较好，as 作连词, when引导一个时间状语从句，对于each的使用LZ应该没问题哈：复数名词+each——动词为复数，each of+复数名词——动词为单数，所以E是没问题的

还有第二题的话，C选项all的使用，逻辑含义较为混乱，三家networks不可能广播的时候要求一起广播，而应该是指各自广播的时候。。。。
