从句中的主语是success，正常的语序的话应该是success in college application stems from extracurricular activities

书上解释说 this inversion is possible after WHICH or in similar positions, there is no change in meaning. 可否理解为倒装或不倒装都是可以的呢？那就举个例子.例子1. I come from Beijing in which (where) the traffic is terrible 和 I come from Beijing in which (where) is terrible the traffic都是可以的咯？
例子2．Tom studies Math in which many students major 和 Tom studies math in which major many students 也是都可以的咯？
