答案是B；
OG说：这题考察是it is X that does Y ，这是个当有一个说服力的原因时，才用来强调动作的发出者，这里没有理由用！

疑问：但是这里不是说因为固定成本高（原因），所以是发生的电力贵啊！？！固定成本高不就是强有力的原因嘛？

首先A本身句子类型就很冗杂，而且代词很多，不够清晰明白~B就很好，简洁明了。至于你说的强调句，他本身就是很冗杂的句型，至少我现在为止还没看到过强调句是正确的例子（不绝对，大多数情况下）~

首先A本身句子类型就很冗杂，而且代词很多，不够清晰明白~B就很好，简洁明了。至于你说的强调句，他本身就是很冗杂的句型，至少我现在为止还没看到过强调句是正确的例子（不绝对，大多数情况下）~

你说的对，我也是不怎么看到那个句式是对的，但是OG没说死，只是说它在这里不合适，这里它语义上有什么不妥吗？

B平行很好，基本全划线句子，好多都是改成平行对称的很工整的2个子句；如 although SVO ， SVO 之类的

因为不用强调句就可以讲明白，所以用了是多余的

其中that stem是定语修饰名词costs，it is...that...强调句中主语是the fixed costs, 谓语动词是makes, 两个动词stem和makes都是修饰名词costs，但是单复数不一致，所以不正确。
是不是可以这样理解？

看代词指代是最快的； costs-they; cost-it
两个 plants 都出现的话，后面用一个they 会指代不明导致句意不清；这道题我是这么做的~

上面the same as爲什麽後面會有個for呢？
E選項The cost of running nuclear plants is about the same as other types of power plants, but the electricity they generate is made more expensive because of the fixed costs stemming from building nuclear plants.
有什麽問題嗎？

LS 你看看，题目是要比较是the cost of 和plants 的 cost ；所以加个介词for 表示不是和plants比，E就错在这里了；这里for 就是省略的 ( the cost )for other types or power plants .

（1）看到前面部份，先確定comparison signal，即the same as
（2）把比較的雙方完整地寫出來應該是：
the cost of running nuclear plants is...//the cost of running other types of power plants is...
（3）把（2）中的內容代入原句，即the cost of running nuclear plants is about the same as the cost of running other types of power plants.
如果比較雙方的內容真如（2），omit的時候應該選擇性地將the cost變成that，或者直接將the cost去掉，變成：
the cost of running nuclear plants is about the same as (that) of running other types of power plants. 【1】
（4）請留意，選項中出現了for，但是不見了running，證明（2）中列出比較雙方內容的時候與正確答案的不同。
按照選項的意思，比較的雙方應該是：
the cost of running nuclear plants is...//the cost for other types of nuclear plants is...【注意，這裡用for把“of running”換掉了】
所以，omit的時候就會變成：
the cost of running nuclear plants is about the same as (that) for other types of power plants. 【2】

簡單來說，如果用of的話，應該是上面【1】句；用for的話，應該是【2】句。題目給的選項要不就是用for，要不就是of跟for都沒有。所以只能選用for的項了......
寫很長，不知道能不能幫到你呢…...

但是manhattan說concision要放到最後只剩下兩個選項左右優選的時候用，如果把concision當做優先的principle可能會誤選...
我覺得有concision問題的選項，應該同時會存在比concision更嚴重明顯的問題吧。上E項就是comparison有問題了.

这里A还有一个错误啊，我很纳闷为什么没人说呢？
这里把to run nuclear plants 和 other types of power plants比较了，明显不对了呀。OG解释里面也没有提出这个错误点。而且这题我就是靠比较对象是否具有可比性选出B的。
是我的思路错了吗？
