LZ,我之前和你一样也有相同的困惑。后来我发现是我不明白go out of business 的意思。他的意思是停业歇业破产的意思。
因此，许多衰退前就爱赊账的零售商第一年都倒闭了，因为第二年就不计算他们了，比例自然就回升了。D选项这个计划可以是失败的。
