答案是E. 看过了以前的帖子，有两个语法现象没有讨论不大明白：
1、为什么不是equitpments and lands, the collaterals...即为什么是复数？觉得应该用啊
2、个人觉得否定B,D的原因还有which指代不明确，可以是land, equipment or both.
NN们的意见？
1. equipment和land都是不可数名词
2. 从ETS出的其它题来看，这个时候，它不认为有歧义。 另“land, equipment or both”？你恐怕是想说land or both吧？
没错，equitpment, land, collateral 都是uncountable!

另, B,D都是错误选项。which 的修饰对象(farm equipment and land)问题好像依然存在。
你說的確實可以做為排除選項的參考依據，這也就是後來以colleteral做為farm equipment and land 的同位語的主要原因
