答案是B

我选的是A，好像it有问题。但是B which指代似乎有两种可能性：lowering prices 或者increasing supply and lowering prices

这题我认为it没有歧义，代指前面efficiency。可以避开不管。可以考虑的就是每句末尾的boosting/which boosts的语义的一致性和精确性。原文是强调价格和供给导致需求上涨这件事导致boost，所以如果是用A boosting，动作发起者是前文的逻辑主语 it，即efficiency，不行。 B which boost 指代前面的整件事。（不要问我为什么which boost不是就近指代前面价格和供给，如果是XDF教的，可能which就只能就近指代。不过其实which是即可以指代前文的整句，也可以指代某个词，是通过语义来判断的。这是学的东西不同罢了）其实这道题过程是越快越不思考越容易对。不琢磨就不会想B怎么错了。具体就是，读下来，去掉cde，剩下ab，a不行，选b 结束。

which不可以指代整个句子吧

LZ呀。。。这是道有争论的题目，答案却是就是在AB中，都是各有想法，当然给出的答案是B，但是B有几个致命的问题：1.although引导的状语从句，其前后两个部分没有实际的逻辑关系（B就是说：即使efficiency增加导致harvested rate下降，但是需求还是会被刺激增加。。。——不知道你读完啥感觉，反正我是不太明白两者的从属关系），（A就是说：即使提高的efficiency导致harvested rate下降，但是提高的efficiency还是会刺激需求的的增加——很明显有一种前后对比的逻辑关系）
2.A中使用SVO，doing——的结构，根据thereby，说明doing表达的是前面主句的结果（这里没有单纯的逻辑主语，更不可以通过是否可以发出doing这个动作而排除，造成doing的原因是前面主句中发生的整件事情，）doing结尾也很好地表达了一种全句的因果关系；B中结尾处使用了which，先不说它指代谁，就近还是跳跃，但是which没有表达结果的含义。。。。——很明显是改变了A原文的逻辑架构
看我说那么多也知道我支持A哈

不过有人觉得B对，也是应该的，因为答案也是B，也是有自己理由和想法的，做GWD对于争议题就——参考OA答案，保留自己想法就好啦，不用太在意到底是A是B喽。。。。。。。
