B.as much annually as is emitted by the答案解释说annually应该放在emitted之后，这点我同意，但是我觉得is不应该出现

C.as much compared to what is annually emitted by all

D.that emitted annually by all(D)

E.that emitted annually compared to the

对于答案选D，我没有疑惑。但是B选项的is，还请各位给个解释！

B选项来讲，is是不能省略的，因为原题比较的就是 total amount of pollutant （主语比较）并且应该变成as much as that is emitted annually by 。。。。要是把is去掉的话，从逻辑含义和语法结构都改变了。。。。。

可是在主系表结构的比较中，如果是主语比较，系动词要省略

省略补出这里可以被认为wordy，但是不是绝对的错误

OG太多的题目比较该省略的也没有省

抓小放大只会消耗你做题的时间
