这句话要怎么理解？我念了好几遍也不能理解逗号后面的意义和作用是在干啥。。。

菜鸟哈，随便说说。我觉得整句话意思是“作为一种减少库存的努力，意大利的红酒商们已经调低了价格；‘他们的酒被订成了卖得动的价格，而且他们真的那样干了’。”
貌似是在亏本清仓大甩卖。
最后一个they好像也是红酒商吧？因为一句话里所有的they一定都是同一批人。

they do后面省略的是什么？they do sell?
