you are not saying that it is the drugs and doctors that cause the phenomenon（that is illogical）


but the abstract fact that drugs are becoming more expensive and that doctors are writing expensive prescription

绝对受教了。。。OG真含蓄。。

C改变含义，将becoming变成了drug的限定性修饰语，将write变成了doctor的限定性修饰语，含义改变。--因为涨价的药和开高价药方的医生，不符合逻辑。
