可是OG 上的解释是： “only by ignoring decades of mismanagement and inefficiency ” and "provide anything other than ", taken together ,these phrase indicate that the sentence will not envision a very beneficial or successful resolution of the "financial woes". 这样我理解的话就是这个句子是说fresh infusion of cash 不是一个好的方法，所以又因为other than ，这样填空应该是“正的”作者: 竹林中人 时间: 2012-9-9 19:37
