45. Quasars, at billions of light-years from Earth the most distant observable objects in the universe(这里怎么回事，同位语和状语放在一起呀。), believed to be the cores of galaxies in an early stage of development.
(A) believed to be
(B) are believed to be
(C) some believe them to be
(D) some believe they are
(E) it is believed that they are

两个问题， 1 at billions of light-years from Earth the most distant observable objects in the universe
                       这里将状语和同位语放在一起了。我看的时候， 总是想状语和同位语之间加个逗号的。加上后就变成，...... at billions of ligher years form Earh, the most distrant obersevable objects in the universe ..... 这样是不是又会被指责不知道这两个modifers 是个什么关系？
                 总之，我表示没有见到这样的状语和同为语在一起的情况。希望，听听大家是怎么想的。

                  2. in an early stage of development 是不是只是galaxies的状语，还是整个句子的状语。 就是 in an early stage of development 我有些不能确定在句子中的成分。

1.这个插入语不好写，但不是划线部分，你读懂就好，相当awkward：the most distrant obersevable objects in the universe at billions of lighter years form Earh （in the universe 和at billions这个成分修饰的是都是distant objects）


2.同意作为galaxies的modifier

我的理解： Quasars,at billions of light-years from Earth the most distant observable objects in the universe
你的理解： Quasars,the most distrant obersevable objects in the universe at billions of lighter years form Earth
        in the universe 和 at the billions of ligher-year from Earth 都做 the most distant observable objectsde 的状语。我觉得这样想是不对的。

                  in the universe 和 at billions of lighter years from Earth 概念上不对等的呀。

            再说， 我也没有看出这里有倒装的必要呀。这里一不是想强调什么，二也不是为了限于句式的需要呀。


我还是坚持我这里的看法，但做下调整： at billions of ligt-years from Earth 地点状语， the most distant observable objects in the universe 叫absolute phrase, 这两部分作用上递进修饰Quasars.
 也就是说， Quasars, 距离地球多少多少光年。那这些光年到底是个什么概念呢，是宇宙中能观测到的最远的天体。
