(E) speculators, who, having bought on margin and having to sell

A和C的主要区别是A用了分词,而C用了不定式,是否因为分词强调重复性动作,而从句强调一次性动作,故A不正确

我认为A选项的结构有问题，因为省略引导词，导致了两个谓语结构。不知道对不对？！

意思一致的情况下,动名词的修饰更多伴随的意味,就是说一直怎样,这是需要区分究竟是一个伴随的动作还是一个状态.本句应该是说一种怎样的人,是当时的情况,用了动名词意思不太好,我的理解~~~~~

有位大N对于后句的分词结构做伴随做了精辟的分析，楼上可以在CD搜索。大致意思是，后句表示伴随在GMAT考试中，只考两种：A，前句整句导致后句的发生。B，后句动词和前句动词同时发生。本人就通过这点直接排除A，B，C，不知对否

不好意思，搞错了，没有仔细看句子，以为是352

OG中的解釋是:
Choice A can be faulted because having bought on margin does not precisely establish a sequence of events

可是如果"having bought on margin"不能顯示發生的先後, 那麼"having bought on margin"跟"buying on margin"豈不是一様嗎???
