D不是虚拟。
A是一种比较少见的虚拟句，即虚拟条件句+真实主句，通常GMAT考的是虚拟条件句+虚拟主句。
D错误，因为没有真实条件句+虚拟主句的用法.
我还有个疑惑，就是为什么后面的是倒装呢，一般虚拟的话，should提前，从句倒装，主句就不倒装了
下面是例子
1) Should you be interested (if you are…),I have a book on the subject you might like to see.
2) Should you need any help (=if you need any help), you can always phone me at the office. (LONGMAN)
3) Should one of a pair die, the remaining fish cannot swim off in search of a mate, nor is one likely to arrive.(大全RC)

自己的判断顺序:
主谓一致干掉BC, "if+将来时"干掉E, "there is的不简洁+reputation of的awkward&wordy+would be的时态不对称"干掉D.
记得不是很清楚了， 不过高中英语里面好像有讲过， if从句省略if则需要部分倒装

自己的判断顺序:
主谓一致干掉BC, "if+将来时"干掉E, D的问题在于there be，一般在GMAT中，there be +具体名词，所以看到there be +其他乱七八糟的东西，先打一个问号.
另外，对于这题，我也没有看的很懂，但用排除法可以搞定。我想说的是排除时一定确定必错。
BC主谓不一致是必错，
E，if+将来时必错
D的问题在于there be，但吃不准，但A无明显错误，所以我选A
事实上，有时感觉语法提也是一种逻辑的思路

条件句用现在时，而主句用过去将来时，这是不符合虚拟语气用法的
