not simultaneously ,怎么理解不透,有那位大虾help!!!

后面两个between(1/between those who are involved and those who are not simultaneously involved in the satisfaction of a bodily need，2/between those already satiated and those who appear to be shamelessly gorging.)是描述两种inappropriate social relationships。第一个是说：一方在吃东西，而另一方没有同时吃而不能满足食欲。这种关系会带来一些taboos。
