During Roosevelt’s years in office Black Americans began voting for Democrats rather than Republicans in national elections, but Black support for Democrats at the state and local levels developed only after when civil rights legislation was supported by Harry Truman.

c正确。可不大明白but后是什么意思。 levels 是什么成分？谢谢！

state level 州的层面上；

local level 地方的层面上；

level在这里可以理解为：某种高度，比如我们说：中国共党和米国共和党的对话是站在国家高度(或：国家层面)上的(nation level)

我覺得這樣子,,不知道對不對

after後好像不連when,所以先去掉A,B

E中there being,,,這個being有點多於且現代英語中好像不怎麼用,到是舊式英語有看過

D中的話我覺的有兩點問題,一是後面的by....(ETS不怎麼喜歡)

再來就是supporting of這邊,我覺的怪怪的,但不知道怎麼解釋

Black support本身有固定用法的倾向. support for在这里是名词.

developed 在这里是谓语动词, 不是过去分词做定语修饰.
