我对OG解释上面B选项里说，it是unclear。

想问问各位大侠们是不是因为it有可能是to hold的形式主语，又可能是指代a mutual fund所以才造成unclear的呢？？？谢谢~~~

umm，当it作为形式主语是不存在指代问题的（的确是形式主语，你说的对）

当it作为placeholder，就像形式主语，形式宾语，你是不用去找antecedent，尽管你指代it是指代后面的不定式，但是是默认没有antecedent

所以这里的it，根据语法的case来讲，就是语法地位，指代的是mutual fund，OG的语法解释有时很不清晰

B选项这个句子写的很恶心就是了，还改变了句意

这个B主要是出现了and，割裂原句逻辑含义。原句是cause-effect，我很喜欢OG的这种表示。

我认为可以这样理解，

B选项中的 it is rare to hold 语法上面虽然无误，但是隐去了动作的发出者，在一些没有明确发出者的情况下是成立的，而在本题的例子中恰恰是unclear的。

另外再说A选项， “，holding“满足，第一发出动作的逻辑主语是主句主语；第二，holding因为与invest动作存在 cause and effect的逻辑关系，所以完美地成为了伴随状语。

at least or more不对，at least已经表示大于等于，加上一个more属于重复。正确表达是as many as or more

gmat里这是incorrect吗？

但我在有道词典里查到例句：

而且og里没有说明at least or more 是错的

at least。。。 or more 是对的，解释为多少数量以上（包括多少数量）。B 的错误就在于它造成了句意的不明朗。让读者搞不清到底是基金头脑发热的突然去掌握了一些公司的股权还是基金很少去掌握这些公司股权。

你说的现在分词修饰名词，是没有逗号的，比如：The boy singing a song is my brother. 即主系表结构中，现在分词修饰其紧跟的名词。

但是在主谓宾结构之后，现在分词表示与谓语动词（几乎）同时发生，表伴随，此时其逻辑主语就是主句主语。你可以说，现在分词修饰主句主语、主句谓语，或者整个主句。

还是有点不太明白呀~
1. og 说这里的it 指代unclear ,是因为 it 可以指代“a mutual fund ",又可以作为形式主语吗？

2. B项改变了句意，是指“and"结构吗？
