看来,你并没有读懂这道题目想说啥
本题要解决Crowding拥挤,要么增加车,要么关注拥挤的时间点;
你的思路只聚焦增加车上了,所以就钻在B项上,拔不出来
可是题干中说了,车增加的没人增加的快,所以B是不对的
