看来，你并没有读懂这道题目想说啥
本题要解决Crowding拥挤，要么增加车，要么关注拥挤的时间点；
你的思路只聚焦增加车上了，所以就钻在B项上，拔不出来
可是题干中说了，车增加的没人增加的快，所以B是不对的
