我觉得你问的第一个问题不能算是固定搭配，to do只是说明前一个动作的目的，就像是 I go home to eat. 考点是会区别for doing不对，to do 对。所以不是suggest的固定搭配

另一个问题我也不了解

还有你的线划短了，往前再划一个单词吧

suggest的確有此慣用法.... 1. suggest + Ving 2. suggest that + 原型動詞 3. suggest + O. + to V
