top10的毕业后回国工作的money能有多少呢？

对一个年薪过100k且前景非常看好的工作有没有必要出去读MBA呢？

program, got a job of Investment banking, earning over 1M RMB.

年薪只是读MBA的一个结果，这个投资需要考虑的方面太多了，楼主不妨多看看本区关于读MBA的讨论文章，认真想想自己的选择。

If it's in US, then that's not really too much a big deal. He will needs to pay more than 1/3 for taxes etc., and depending on where he lives, the living expense, such as renting or housing, could be very high.

Well, if he is making 1M RMB in China, then definitely it's a respectable figure.

Agree.

What's more, if he is in China, he maybe not be considered as a common case. to my knowledge, most coming-back MBAs get 300-500k RMB a year, except those worked for Big name IBs and consulting firms which are global-paid.

I am wondering when did he graduate. 2 years ago or now? What's his working background before MBA?

i heard that there're extremely few graduates from HBS, Kellogg, Stanford, MIT, Columbia, Tuck, Michigan, Fuqua, Johnson, Hass, Anderson, Stern, Yale coming back to China.

Graduates from Whaton and Chicago usually get starting salary of over RMB 500K a year. I say over, but I don't know how much over.

For schools ranked after the top 15, there're basically little difference whether you're a top 20 or top 30 or even top 40 (maybe after top 40 there'll be some difference). Jones graduates from Rice University are usally treated equally as Marshall graduates from South California. Mendoza graduates from ND equal with Olin graduates from WU in St. Louis. Goizueta graduates from Emory equal with Carrey graduates from Arizona State. Usually the pay is around 400-500K RMB

the reason these HBS graduates come back is because they signed contracts with CITIC. CITIC sponsor their tuition, but they have to come back to serve China for at least 2 years.
