在学校里只担任过团支部书记。把它写在简历里安全吗？老美会不会感冒？如何翻译班级团支部书记？谢谢！

You can make it "Student Affairs Officer" or something like that, just to clarify your responsibilities.  Nothing to do with politics as long as you don't mention CCP.
