一点理解~ countries closed out of any of another country's markets ：只要一个国家被禁止在另一个国家的任何一个市场（进行经济活动），…… closed是过分定语，也是被动，意思如上面（差不多吧。。） (be) closed out of [any of] [another country's] markets……任何一个【另一个国家的】市场，比如cars market, appliance market, clothes market, etc.
