reduced standards of living and changes in the way people spend their time 大致是说人们依靠降低生活水准或改变行为方式来降低能源消耗。比如原来暖气打到28度的，现在为了节省能源所以打到26度，这个就是通过降低生活水准来省电。而C说的是超过39%的家庭实际是通过对现有取暖装置进行改装，通过提高其能源使用的效率来降低能耗。比如原来一个晚上维持28度的温度要耗3度电，但改装了设备以后，一晚上28度只需要2度电，这样的能源节省就不是题目所说的通过降低生活水准的方式来实现的了。作者: lihaolan 时间: 2012-8-25 22:20
