标题: 求助like举例的问题
论坛里下载的Manhattan第五版，其中第18页讲例题时，有两段分别写：第一段The GMAT used to claim that like simply meant "similar to" and could not introduce examples. However, the exam writers have moderated this hardline position in published explanations. As a result,either including or like would technically work in the sentence.

同页中另一段the including/like split winds up going to including, but you should avoid leaning too hard on the GMAT's historical aversion to the use of the word like to introduce examples.

不明白LZ问题是什么？

假如想知道Like的用法，你可以GOOGLE一下。

假如你觉得MANHATTON说的矛盾，那可能是你自己没有理解对。
//你引用的两句话，都是MANHATTON在说like不可以用来“举例子”只是表示“像”。在GMAT的时候，更多的是考你比较对称。即X 像 Y，那么X和Y都必须是有的比的东西，你可以把它理解平行对称。

建议LZ最好拿个题目来。

3Q之前学到的是like不可以用来举例，仅用来表示像。
但是这里面说现在like也可以用来表示举例

现在LIKE 可以表示举例，OG13上有题说了

同LZ一样困惑但贴个帖子的链接曼哈顿的那道例题似乎也可以按这个帖子的内容解释。所以或许会有些帮助
我的理解是在有些句子里你可以把like当作camparisons也可以当作examples，所以要通过选项看它究竟是想怎么考。所以如果把like当作camparisons的标志考的时候，是有正确的可能的。所以不能看到like就排除。(但这都是我个人的理解，如果有大佬欢迎指出错误）
