11、JOY，这题好象讨论过N遍了，主要是并列对象混淆的问题，AND前后的内容容易产生并列歧义

16、C中有两个地方有问题。一是作为插入语 it is hoped要比hopefully优先，LZM的说法，姑且认为对吧。另外，C中的Modernizing the steel mill, hopefully to be completed in the late 1980’s，TO就近修饰的是steel mill，改变了意思，而E中Modernizing the steel mill, a program that can, it is hoped, be completed in the late 1980’s, 的 a program补出了修饰对象，意思清楚。

11、可能最简单的方法是，to include无法找到其动作执行者，逻辑关系有些模糊。而D避免了这一点。
