答案是B其实这题有点绕。是一道assumption的题，那就要找gap，这题要讨论的正是“到底是财政政策还是政治决策”。而其中的条件不充分，无法判断，B给出的条件是这些projects不是president的party控制的，要正确理解这个选项的意思，这个选项的意思是：president不能控制这些projects，因此并不是president party做的，那也只能是财政部门做的了。作者: jiaoguitar 时间: 2012-8-15 15:42
