本题给出的答案是B（其他答案明显不对，只有B/E存在疑惑），我的问题是whether or not可否使用？ OG中给出的解释说whether or not不如直接使用whether的好，请各位nn给点提示，多谢！

题目不完整, 所以仅从B, E来说, B优于E.

whether or not的问题始终只是属于effective的范畴, 不是correct的问题. 所以答案里既有whether, 又有whether or not的时候, whether优先. 但是如果没有whether, 不能说whether or not是错的.
