B.have half the chance, or less, of dying of a heart attack than those who are sedentary do插入语拿掉，than错

C.have half the chance that they will die of a heart attack, or less, than those who are sedentary do同上

D.are at least fifty percent less likely to die of a heart attack as those who are sedentary

E.！are at least fifty percent less likely than those who are sedentary to die of a heart attack

我想问下这个句子E中会不会有这种歧义啊？are at least fifty percent less likely than those （who are sedentary to die of a heart attack）括号里的都是修饰those,这样不就比较不对称了吗？

是不是相对来说如果这样的话会比较没有歧义？
are at least fifty percent less likely to die of a heart attack than those who are sedentary
