The advantages of living here is: 1. I live with an American, she taught me so much about English and American Life. 2. She provides everything you need such as furnitures and utilities so the renter don't have to pay extra money. 3. It's near the campus and it;s on the school bus route, so the new comer will not have basic traffic problems. 4. the landlady/hostess loves to contact with Asian students and very kind. 5.
