我不太明白这句话的意思（包括后面的答案里所说的when the carbon dioxide emissions of the 9 countries are ordered from least to greatest, the median is the 5th value in the list), 是说要把每个国家的4个年份的排放量做和之后再order from least to greatest, 还是分别看每个国家在2000年的排放量，选出一个median, 再从每个国家在2009年的排放量中选出一个median来比较呢？
