答案里对C选项的解释 it also distorts meaning and lack completion.
但是我没觉得它有这样的错误啊

能不能这样理解， 句子的意思中应包含因果，没有预期到所以fault，但是定语从句显然没有这层意思

C的意思变成了是这样一类教育者（没有预期到这种技术的教育者）的错误，就没有原句那种教育者因为没有预期到就犯错有错，可能解释的不清楚 欢迎拍砖~

同意楼上的。 原意是 educators' not anticipating 这样的 action is faulty, 而C选项的意思变成 not anticipating 的 educators are faulty. 句子强调的部分转换了，所以 OG说 distort the meaning.
