A、B选项中的from应该在that的后面，排除。E选项有两个动词，排除。

C选项中的accessible parts have与from后的that of结构上没有并列。反之，D的composition与from后的that是能够并列的。

另，C选项中说彗星是the primitive and undifferentiated是不合适的。D选项中的that是including的对象，意思是不同于that of chondritic meteorites，也不同于that of the primitive and undifferentiated building blocks of the solar system.

选C (之前选D,但发现D有明显错误，解释如下）

the Earth’s chromium isotopic composition 和 that of chondritic meteorites 不平行

that 这里指代the Earth’s chromium isotopic composition，the Earth’s chromium isotopic composition of chondritic meteorites 显然不对

如果非要这么说原句应改为 chromium isotopic composition of the earth is distinct from that of chondritic meteorite.

announce 后面应该接从句，所以答案应该在 C 和 D 中选。
D 中的 including 有歧义

解题思路：1.由announce很容易排除A,B 2.比较C,D不难发现两者的区别在于Moynier et al. announce的内容是什么，C说的是重点在the accessible parts of the Earth have a chromium isotopic composition，D的重点在于 is distinct from，这样剧不难看出D选项给你个胜一筹。3.E选项很容易排除，are不恰当，而且从句句子本身的主干就不清晰，而且和C一样重点在于the accessible parts of the Earth没有很好的表达作者本身的意图

个人认为选C
宾语从句引导词that 不可省略，所以E错
原句中，announce from the accessible parts of the earth 意为在地球上可接近的地方announce，明显不对，所以A和B错
's经常用于有生命的物体，无生命的应用a of b 结构，所以C的表达更加符合语法

A、B 选项的from用法非常awkward，好像是在he accessible parts of the Earth宣布的一样；然后后面的各级that也很wordy；
E选项announce一般用法是announce+that clause，而该选项announce和are两个动词且结构混乱。至于CD选项，区别在于句子的重心，一个是the accessible parts of the Earth，一个是 the Earth’s chromium isotopic composition，而原句的重心没有逻辑错误的条件下不应该改变，所以选C。

参与讨论：
A、B: 修饰问题，announce后要紧跟that从句。
C: 指代问题。前面的the accessible parts是复数，而后面的比较内容 that of 却是单数。
D: that of chondritic meteorites中的that指代isotopic composition，修饰的是第二个that引导的定语从句，无所谓平行不平行。 including的逻辑主语应该是逗号前的chondritic meteorites。
E: announce 后面的少了that先行词；缩减选项的从句部分应是：the accessible parts of the Earth are distinct from those of chondritic meteorites，逻辑意思不对，根据上下选择可推知原文比较的地球和陨石的成份不同，但实际E表达了两者的accessible parts不同。

D选项最简明的说名了本句子的意思：earth has isotopic composition that is distinct from that of chondritic meteorites
