对啊，想通了，主语位置出现代词时就必须注意它指代的倾向性~
还有C中用了定从who have not···是不是改变原句的合理逻辑意义和重心了呢？

what is the fault of educators? 第二个It根本没有指代，所以lack compeletion. 而who引导的定于从句，与其说是改变了逻辑意义和重心，不如说是它从根本上就把【应该作为句子主要事件的东西，educators应该感到guilty的事件（导火索）】瞬间降格为了一个【定语从句】，更从根本上使得it is the fault of educators变得毫无意义。

那D和E有什么区别呢？为什么OG说E：the inverted construction does not successfully convey the meaning of the sentence？两者就是换个顺序，the fact多余了点啊。。。

C句said的内容是it is the fault of the educators, 内容不全。

(D) It can hardly be said that educators are at fault for not anticipating the impact of microcomputer technology
D句said的内容是that后面的整句话，educators are at fault for not anticipating the impact of microcomputer technology.

求问E选项除了wordy之外错在了哪里呢？答案上说它改变了原来的意思？可是我觉得并没有改变啊
求解释啊
