5楼的好像看错题目了，这题是要选不能weaken的答案
我认为C是无关，因为题目的conclusion是邮政系统的管理存在问题。我们不能把和private company相比价格比较低就证明邮政系统的管理存在问题。别人怎么价格怎么样和自己没关系。
E我觉得支持结论，消费价格上涨3倍，但是邮政价格上涨10倍，涨了这么多可靠性还这么差，管理真的是存在问题。
这么看来，应该是选E。
但我实在不理解C怎么就weaken结论了，我还是认为C是无关的。
对于答案没什么疑问，不过A说weaken是不是也有些牵强呢？
