答案:B, 我觉得E更好,因为B中的who traveled 修饰对象不清楚

答案:B, 我觉得E更好,因为B中的who traveled 修饰对象不清楚

请注意:答案B "...and a governor, who traveled"中的逗号将who 和前面的隔开,从而清楚定义了"The first political passenger".
而E中的traveling指多次重复行为,显然是不妥的.

1）选E改变了主语，也就改变的强调对象，换句话说，就是改变了原句意。
但B中我一个疑问应该是“passengers"吧

我觉得没什么特别好的方法，最关键就是正确理解句子原意和逻辑搭配；
比如stipulation of（for） restriction就不符合逻辑，因此很容易排除这些选项。

Meaning is very important in SC!

我认为LOSS 作为中心词，它后边连接的应该RESTRICTION更符合逻辑，LOSS...FROM RESTRICTION OF ......。

同时把STIPULATION 放到后边做后置定语句子结构更合理。

第一题: travel to washington D.C. together从意思上看应该是修饰人而非cars。
第二题：复杂的名词词组结构，如何快速辨别其核心词的问题。
GMAT语法的混淆选项常常将本来应该作名词修饰语的形容词变成核心名词，这一点需要培养一定的敏感度。关键是要从语义是搞清，哪个词是修饰哪个词的。
