个人觉得，这个题要对比的是这个人过去和现在著名的领域，强调二者的不同和反差。但是A变成强调句，强调during his lifetime 了，句意重心就 变了。不是牛人，你参考一下吧~~~

因为第一个句子的By是没有必要的，be known for就已经很好了，把A和B排除，根据比较的形式，把C和D排除，只有E了，简洁明了又表达得很清晰~
