其实看了那么久，并不是定语从句的问题，第二题如果不看其他的，只看with结构是正确的，但是结合语境。。可以发现是现在完成时，with在这里一定是作为伴随修饰，但是现在完成时的条件下，已经完成的，就无法在使用with表示与主句动作同时的含义了。。。。。。。。。。。作为个人想法，从另一角度分析下，希望可以帮到你
