1. C里面的who错误, 导致宾语从句that里面没有谓语.

2. viewing修饰policy makers.

ps. mm的划线标记的有问题, 修改一下吧...

还有一个问题，D为什么不对？

我秀逗了，d是一开始就排除掉的选项~~

想明白了，应该选A。

D中错误：

1）view the economy to be 不对，应该为view as

2)between that of moderate growth and low inflation中，and连接的内容不对称
