请问…………, such institution encouraged…………..到底是主动还是被动阿

依句意应该是被动但是为何没verb

这到底是哪种结构阿????

你真仔细。我觉得应该是被动。如果你用的是电子办og, 里面又一些打印错误的。

BTW, AT是什么意思，你的头衔

OG上也这么写,所以我想应该不是打印错误,so……

BTW:AT means GMAT.....
