I am a 2014 MBA student. I have made deposit to a beautiful neighborhood called Northwood, which is 3 miles from campus and has a bus running to school every day.
However, I had to give it up over another apartment after I paid the deposit. The property management agrees for me to transfer my account. You will still have to apply online and pay the 30 USD application fee. But you can give me deposit when we meet and sign the lease with the property managmnt.
