标题: 关于今年H1B申请 [打印本页] 作者: ziyun43 时间: 2012-6-14 01:56 标题: 关于今年H1B申请 麻烦大侠们提供点信息，我是5月十几号公司帮我递交上了申请，公司赞助的，我本科结束，在美国opt呢，觉得反正opt十月才到期，case0就没有加急，我看移民网站信息是5月22号接受了case，当时6500的名额用了42000，可是今天查的时候，显示所有名额用完.....(On June 11, 2012, USCIS received a sufficient number of petitions to reach the statutory cap for FY 2013. USCIS will reject petitions subject to the cap for H-1B specialty occupation workers seeking an employment start date in FY 2013 that are received after June 11, 2012.) 我的审核阶段还在第二阶段--Initial review, 大家说说我这是不是也就没有机会了。。。还算在这65000的名额里么，都用完了，我的怎么还是显示初审状态，我还有机会被批准么？
