C的they指代谁? 从逻辑上应该指代"比例",从语法上复数they无法指代单数proportion,只能往前指代costs,逻辑错误,此其一. 其二,即使逻辑上没有问题,they可以指代costs,那么后面的have been是什么意思? 成本曾经是如何? 跟前面的accounted for动词不对应,要对应就得用have done

突然想起, MM问这些问题前有没有搜过以前的讨论?

支持C， they have been 是说的现在，是到现在开始为止和所有以前的比较。有什么错啊。1992 是最耗电视费用的到目前为止。是用现在完成时啊。有什么错。

Soaring television costs accounted for more than half the spending in the presidential campaign of 1992, a greater proportion than the proportion that soaring television costs accounted(had accounted)for in any previous election. 这是完全版，按照省略法则，把该省的省去就可以了。

A的it无指代对象,因为前面是"costs",要指也该是"they"
C的时态错了,前面一句话说1992年的事已经是过去时了,后面这句说"in any previous election",既然是"previous",那么一定是在1992年之前,如此一来就应当用过去完成时了.
