哪有单复数不对？ Although it claims..., television can be superficial, as WHEN the three major NETWORKS BROADCAST... the same statement.
television claims 但是 networks broadcast

因为networks是主语啊，each of smth. 不等于 smth. each：
each of the three major networks - singular the three major networks each - plural
examples: each of the students - singular the students each - plural
generic pattern: each (of the/pronoun/any determiner) [noun] - singular [noun] each - plural

A选项 of 后面是用来修饰each的 也就是说A是: each (主语）broadcast
