答案选D,我想问一下C为什么错了，不是虚拟语气么？？

我来猜一猜啊~LZ是不是看到A中的would而认为这是虚拟语气的呢？

这不是虚拟语气。我来给lZ贴上我以前的语法总结。
---------------------------------------------分割线------------------------------------------------------------
? 以下动词宾语从句需要用虚拟语气：都要省略should。（这条是关于虚拟语气的总结）
1. 表示建议：advocate/advise/move/recommend that ... do ...
sb. suggest/propose that ... do ...(如果是物作主语就不需要虚拟，动词是“暗示”的意思)
2. 表示命令：order/decree/mandate/command/demand/direct that ... do ...
3. 表示要求：request/require/insist that ... do ...
? 区分will，would （这条是一些固定搭配的总结）
Predict是要搭配will的，不同于expect to do（expect不与will搭配而是to do)。除了用在过去时态中，would用在虚拟里（与现实相反），其他时候would不用在肯定语境中。

请问楼上的意思是，predict 后面用if是不用虚拟语气的，而expect to do 是要用虚拟语气？“除了用在过去时态中，would用在虚拟里（与现实相反），不用在肯定语境中”这句又是什么意思呢？

这位同学，仔细看一下Lz贴的题目，其实predict和后面的if的使用是没有直接联系的。
另外，很抱歉，之前贴的语法总结比较模糊不清，让这位同学产生了疑问。我刚才改动了一下，你看看还有没有不明白。
