A as shown 其他各个选项应该就是纠结flood后面是逗号还是分号，以及reduce的时态问题。
可能出现的情况是 根据increase的时态不同会有不同的解 A Proximity to a fault lineincreases the number of hurricanes, droughts, and floods; reducing agricultural production, and causing other problems. 不好意思causing 是我加主观的，因为我严重怀疑应该有这样一个词。
B The proximity to a fault line increased the number of hurricanes, droughts, floods, reduced agricultural production, and caused other problems.（也不要忘记看后面的时态）
