标题: 请问这题数学应该选B嘛？
没看懂解释，给了fixed cost/kilo, B 给了kilo数，那不就算出fixed cost了嘛？

一个人旅游好像是从新德里到哪儿忘了然后是这样说的2200卢比for the driverand 油费？ plus a fixed cost in 卢比 per kilometer, 然后问这个人一共付了多少钱。A是总时间好像 B是总路程（kilometer）
思路：狗主觉得题干没有讲fixedcost是多少所以选了E
