下面配的原文里面我看到了D城市：Monderman removed not only the traffic lights but virtually every other traffic control. 这里有几个概念：traffic lights, traffilc control, signs, curbs, asphalt. signs肯定是 traffic signal，但是every other traffic control是不是 traffic signal呢？
