为什么此题要用have increased 现在完成时态，依据是什么呢？

因为主句动词是are，which从句里面有during the first three months of this year，表明要用完成时，所以用have increased的现在完成时。

我的疑问是：现在完成时表明是的从过去到现在持续的动作。可是during the first the three months 不是已经完成的一段时间吗? 这样的话用过去时不会更好吗？

LZ可以想一下呀~虽然他是已经完成的，但是during后面是a period of time，完成时表示这个increase的持续会比较好。虽然它这个动作是过去做的，但是因为这个动作延续到现在（写这句话的时候），或者是对现在（写这句话的时候）有影响，都可以用现在完成时。

过去发生的事情持续到现在，是现在完成时的一种适用情况。

另一种适用情况是，过去发生的事情（已结束），但是其影响持续至今

其中 had feared earlier in the year 是正确的，根据Elroy牛牛的语法解释，earlier in the year 前面加过去完成时，我觉得也很正确啊——过去的一段时间发生的事，在过去某个点结束。但为什么这道题 duiring the first 3 months of this year 前面是现在完成时呢，难道是在说这句话的时候的那个点是 first 3 months of this year的最后一天的这种感觉吗？

求指导~~~~！

我试着解释下吧，og86题用现在完成时可能是因为，这年第一季的增长影响了后来的增长，可能现在的情况是增长比较稳定，现在完成时的两者用法请参照上面的帖子，这里是虽然动作完成了但影响持续至今。而ls 50题中，这个过去的fear持续了一段时间却被终止了，因为人们产生了信心，所以动作应经完成也对现在没有了继续fear的影响，所以就用了过去完成时。。。我不知道这样解释对不对，请NN批示！

这题的意思就是表示一个过去状况对现在的影响，其实一般过去时也可以，但是这里有现在完成时就更好。
