但是我觉得作者的确是在做一种推测。按照他的计算方法,这件事情"应该"发生,而不是一定会发生。大家能否指点一下我哪里想错了?

我觉得加上once更能明确表达每九年才会有一个人被砸到一次,从而加深了“一年内16座building”比较
